Yes. Both EPS Clean and EPS Paint hold comprehensive public liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. Certificates of currency are available on request for any project.
Our insurance coverage protects clients, property owners, and third parties in the event of damage or injury during our work. We carry public liability insurance appropriate to the scale of commercial and construction projects we undertake. Workers compensation is maintained for all staff and subcontractors. Insurance documentation is provided within one business day of request.

No. EPSolution does not require lock-in contracts. Services are available on a month-to-month basis with 30 days written notice for cancellation. Long-term arrangements are available for clients who want cost certainty.
We believe in earning client loyalty through service quality, not contract terms. Month-to-month arrangements are the default for all commercial cleaning and maintenance clients. If you prefer a fixed-term agreement — which can unlock preferential rates — that option is available. All contract terms are clearly stated in the written service agreement before commencement.

For scheduled service visits, EPSolution requires at least 24 hours notice for cancellation. For commercial contracts, 30 days written notice is required to cancel the service agreement.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice for scheduled visits may incur a late cancellation fee, as crews are already allocated. For contract services, the 30-day notice period allows us to transition the service smoothly and ensures no disruption to your property. Full cancellation terms are documented in the service agreement provided before work commences.
